DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for the majority of our shipping. Certain larger items may require other methods of transport such tracking or by air. All INTERNET orders are shipped fully insured to your door. 

We offer a FREE standard ground UPS shipping on most orders totaling $95 or more in the US within the  lower 48 States. Some exceptions may apply. 

UPS or FEDEX does not deliver to PO BOX addresses. For P.O. Box delivery we will use the US postal service. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

Shipments to APO, FPO addresses are also shipped via the US Postal Services. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

International shipping costs are quoted via email for your approval prior to processing your order. 

All items are carefully boxed with quality cushion material. In the event that your package is received damaged, save the boxes and all the packaging material for inspection by the shipper.  

Please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim.   

Most of deliveries within the 48 lower states takes five to seven business days when computing delivery times, please note that   UPS OR FEDEX does not include the weekends or holidays as regular business days. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Our personal guarantee: If an items does not measure up to your expectations, we will promptly and courteously refund the *purchase price, minus any shipping/handling costs incurred. 

Items shipped must be returned within two weeks of the delivery date of the package and include all the original boxes and packaging material. Please do not attempt to clean any item as this will remove our identification mark on the piece, and our mark must be present on the item for our inspection before issuing a credit. If items were sold as special order, there may be a restocking fee. Jewelry, personalized item, and some others are excluded. 

To return a package: 

E-mail us at TopGifts.com or call our 1-800-726-1803 number and we will authorize the return via e-mail.  In some cases we will send a prepaid UPS or USPS label for returns or exchanges. 

Please include all original packaging for the item you are returning. This includes any exterior boxes and packaging. 

Items returned without all original packed items, related boxes, will have refunds delayed until the original packing is received. 

Please pack items carefully and insure the package. Shipping costs for return packages are the responsibility of the person making the exchange or the return. 

Please contact us via E-mail at TopGifts.com within 2 weeks from the date the item was delivered. We will issue a return authorization (RA#) number. Please do not return items without return authorization. 

RA# must be noted on the outside of the package. 

Important: Packages returned without the RA# shown on the outside of the package WILL BE REFUSED.
