TopGifts.com is a Touch of Class on line internet store. We have taken 26 years of customer service experience and applying it on line, allowing our existing and future customers to enjoy a free hassle shopping experience. Through our online store, we will ableto offer our customer an extensive selection of items.

HOW DO YOU SHIP ?

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for the majority of our shipping. Certain larger items may require other methods of transport such tracking or by air. All INTERNET orders are shipped fully insured to your door, with signature required, unless you choose not.

  • We offer standard ground UPS shipping on most orders totaling $95 or more in the US within the lower 48 States. Some exceptions may apply.
  • UPS or FEDEX does not deliver to PO BOX addresses. For P.O. Box delivery we will use the US postal service. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipments to APO, FPO addresses are also shipped via the US Postal Services. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • International shipping costs are quoted via email for your approval prior to processing your order.
  • All items are carefully boxed with quality cushion material. In the event that your package is received damaged, save the boxes and all the packaging material for inspection by the shipper.
  • Please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim.
  • Most of deliveries within the 48 lower states takes five to seven business days when computing delivery times, please note that UPS OR FEDEX does not include the weekends or holidays as regular business

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available depend on the items and the shipping location.

  • If you are considering placing an order to be shipped overseas, please call or e-mail us and we will be happy to advise you if the item or items are available for international shipping, also we will be glad to give you an estimated shipping cost.
  • If we are able to ship the item (items) internationally, we will need you to submit your payment via verified PAYPAL account.
  • Once we receive your PAYPAL payment, we will process your order.
  • Shipping charges we quote for international delivery DOES NOT include any foreign duties, taxes or customs charges. Please contact your local customs office regarding these charges.

WHAT ARE THE OPTION FOR PAYMENTS

It’s very easy to make purchase at topGifts.com and pay over the internet. Our secure server software encrypts all of your information, so your Internet transaction stays private and protected. Your name, address, and credit card number, in addition to any other information, cannot be accessed by anyone else while this information traveling via the internet

  • You can make payment using VISA. MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMX, PayPal, bank Check OR Money Order. For delivery within the US
  • We also accept PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT for those of you who prefer to use this quick, easy and secure payment method.
  • For International delivery we only accept PayPal payment as we cannot verify international addresses for processing credit card charges.

CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Yes. To pay by check, choose "pay by check" in the payment option. We will ship merchandise once your check has cleared. Personal checks may take up to two weeks to clear the bank. Please include your order# on your check and make checks payable to: A Touch of Class, Jackson, Wyoming 83001

WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our personal guarantee: If an items does not measure up to your expectations, we will promptly and courteously refund the *purchase price, minus any shipping/handling costs incurred.

Items shipped must be shipped back within two weeks of the delivery date of the package along with all boxes and packaging material. Please do not attempt to clean any item as this will remove our identification mark on the piece, and our mark must be present on the item for our inspection before issuing a credit. If items were sold as special order, there may be a restocking fee. Jewelry, personalized item, and some others are excluded.

To return a package:

  • E-mail us at TopGifts.com or call our 1-800-726-1803 number and we will authorize the return via e-mail. In some cases we will send a prepaid UPS or USPS label for returns or exchanges.
  • Please include all original packaging for the item you are returning. This includes any exterior boxes and packaging.
  • Items returned without all original packed items, related boxes, will have refunds delayed until the original packing is received.
  • Please pack items carefully and insure the package. Shipping costs for return packages are the responsibility of the person making the exchange or the return.
  • Please contact us via E-mail at TopGifts.com within 2 weeks from the date the item was delivered. We will issue a return authorization (RA#) number. Please do not return items without return authorization.
  • RA# must be noted on the outside of the package. Important: Packages returned without the RA# shown on the outside of the package WILL BE REFUSED.

 

WHAT IS TOPGIFTS LOYALTY PROGRAM?

At TopGifts.com we offer our customers a Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) Reward Program as a way to express our appreciation for your repeat business. This program gives you one buck for every $10 dollars you spent with us on qualified merchandise ordered via the internet, some exclusion* may apply.  Topgifts Loyalty Bucks can be redeemed as credits towards your future purchases on our website. One buck is equal to one dollar store credit.  No need to sign up as your internet order will be automatically entered in our Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) Loyalty  program for all qualified purchases.

Terms and conditions for Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB)   

  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) are earned and accrued on merchandise totals* excluding shipping cost, tax charges or fees.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB)  are applied to the person's account making the purchase, not the gift recipient.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) are credited towards merchandise total only, Reward credits cannot be used towards any tax or shipping charges.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) are not accrued on SCS membership renewals or new applications. Or any other Swarovski bills directly for other membership’s services.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) are non-transferable.  Bucks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) will expire after 2 year from the date of last purchase.
  • Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) program is subject to change without notice. 

*Exclusions to the Topgifts Loyalty Bucks (TLB) Reward program include, but are not limited to:  Some Swarovski Collector Society items , custom orders, sale priced items, corporate discount purchases, special promotion offerings, SCS memberships-either new or renewals, Gift certificate redemption, purchases, or other miscellaneous discounted purchases.  We reserve the right to make any adjustment to the reward program as necessary.
